At Aaithan, we are committed to delivering quality products. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

Return Policy

Returns are available within 4 days of delivery.

A ₹300 return charge will be applicable on every approved return request. This amount will be deducted from the refund amount.

The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return requests must be raised within 4 days of delivery. Requests made after 4 days will not be accepted.

Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed after approval.

The applicable ₹300 return charge will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method, subject to successful quality inspection.

Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a product that is:

• Damaged during delivery, or

• Incorrect compared to what you ordered,

please contact us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing aaithan8855@gmail.com with:

• Your Order ID

• Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging

• A brief description of the issue

Our team will review your request and, if the issue is verified, provide an appropriate resolution.

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been confirmed or shipped.
